U.S. Marshals Service agents arrested a U.K. man in Texas on drug charges on Tuesday.

The warrant for Robert John Fotheringham, 36, was issued after he was found in the Austin suburb of Hialeah, according to a U/S Marshals service news release.

Authorities say Fotherham, who worked as an investigator for the FBI’s Austin Field Division, allegedly brought marijuana to a Texas drug task force in March.

The warrant says the agents and Fotherings wife smoked marijuana together in a motel room while conducting an investigation.

Fotheringham was arrested Tuesday and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
